1. Your concentration span is between 4-11 seconds in length. Minor changes in concentration span can have drastic effects on intelligence.
2. The technique of Pseudo Telekinesis is one of 7 major intelligence increasing techniques. Pseudo Telekinesis manipulates the concentration span, to lead to an IQ increase of between 5-15 points through consistent use. (Other, more major techniques increase your IQ by 20-60 points)
3. Diet and nutrition can influence your IQ by as much as 35 points alone overtime and is an easy way to maintain and increase your IQ alongside intelligence increasing techniques.
4. For a basic intelligence increasing diet, you can:
